LICENSING

One licence. Every track. Every project. Forever.

Every purchase from Music for Videographers comes with the same Creator Licence, whether you buy a single track, a full album or a bundle. No tiers, no upgrades, no small print to decode. Buy it, download it and use it in as many projects as you like, for as long as you like.

I'm a drone pilot and videographer myself, so I know how frustrating it is to finish an edit and then worry about whether the music will cause problems. This page explains exactly what you can do.

THE LICENCE AT A GLANCE

- One Creator Licence on everything: singles, albums and bundles
- Unlimited projects
- Licence lasts forever, with no renewals or expiry
- No credit or attribution needed
- Covers your own content and your clients' videos
- WAV + MP3 included with every track
- Instant digital download

---

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Use your tracks in:
- YouTube videos
- Social media videos (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and others)
- Client projects
- Drone footage
- Promotional films for you or your business, including small businesses
- Online paid ads
- Online courses and training videos
- Other online content

Use them in as many projects as you want. Edit the music to fit your video: cut it, loop it, fade it, layer it under voice-over or mix it with other audio.

---

WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

- Resell the music or redistribute the music files
- Claim the track as your own
- Upload the track to streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music and so on) as a standalone release
- Remix or rework the music into a new song or release
- Register the music with Content ID or any other copyright claim system
- Use the music to train AI models
- Sell, share or transfer your licence to someone else

The music is licensed for use in your videos, not as a product in its own right.

---

CLIENT WORK

You can use your tracks in videos you make for clients, and your client can publish the finished video. If your client wants to use the same music in their own separate projects, they'll need their own licence. Please don't hand the music files to your client as a separate download.

---

FILM, TV AND BROADCAST

The Creator Licence is for online video. If you'd like to use a track in a feature film, TV series, cinema release, broadcast TV or radio, TV adverts or a video game, get in touch at musicforvideographers@gmail.com and we'll sort out a licence that fits.

---

CONTENT ID AND PLATFORM CHECKS

Automated Content ID systems and platform checks can occasionally flag videos, even when the music is properly licensed. If that happens, don't worry. Your order confirmation is your proof of licence, so keep it somewhere safe. If you ever have trouble with a claim, email us at musicforvideographers@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out.

---

FORMATS AND DELIVERY

Every track comes as WAV and MP3 files, delivered as an instant digital download straight after purchase.
